General Terms and Conditions 2012

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Our general price lists are valid in the mentioned period but we reserve the right for changes without notice in case of increase in for exampel wages, taxes, raw materials, or transport rates

Offers

All written offers are valid in 30days unless other is specified.

Order

All orders must be received in writing by either email or by fax.

The order cannot be cancelled unless accepted by Baltic Hospitality Group.
In case of order cancelation Baltic Hospitality Group can charge for costs in connection with the order cancelation.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated in our price lists or in the offer, the following conditions apply

Latvia:
All orders above 199 LVL excluding VAT are delivered free. In other cases a post and packing fee of 10 LVL excluding VAT is charged.

for Estonia and Lithuania:
In Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Panevezys and Palanga all orders above 299 € excluding VAT are delivered free. In other cases a post and packing fee of 15 € excluding VAT is charged.

In the rest of Estonia and Lithuania all orders above 299€ excluding VAT are delivered free. In other cases a post and packing fee of 30€ excluding VAT is charged.

Other countries agreed separately.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in the offer.
All new customers prepayment unless otherwise agreed.
If payment is not timely received we will calculate interest rate 0.5% per day.
